Opus Clip vs Vizard
Both tools take a long video and turn it into short vertical clips with captions. Which one gives you more clips you'd actually post? We're running both on the same test video in round 1. Until then, here's what we've verified about their free plans.

What the free plans tell us so far
- Both give you 60 credits a month. On Opus Clip a credit is one minute of source video, so a single 60-minute video uses the whole month.
- Opus Clip's free exports go up to 1080p; Vizard's free exports are 720p. If you post at full HD, that matters.
- Both watermark free exports, so for client work or a clean feed you'd need a paid plan on either.
What we'll test
The same 30–60 minute royalty-free video goes into both tools on default settings. We score every clip for idea completeness, cut points, framing, caption accuracy and cost per usable clip. See the full rubric.
